These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Chrome extension "pipeBoost" and the associated web platform (pipeboost.app).

2. Access to the Service

The PipeBoost extension requires the creation of an account on pipeboost.app to function. Users must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and validate their account via a link sent by email.

3. Extension Functionality

Once logged in, users must provide a valid Pipedrive API key. This key is essential for the proper functioning of the extension, including:

• Personalizing the Pipedrive interface with advanced features
• Accessing the organization's users
• Configuring "boosters" related to Pipedrive

4. Trial Period and Subscription

The service offers a free 30-day trial period. Beyond this, users must subscribe to a paid plan under the conditions displayed on pipeboost.app.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• The security of their API key
• Monitoring their activity and reporting any suspicious use
• Using the provided features in compliance with the terms

6. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time via the pipeboost.app interface. PipeBoost reserves the right to suspend an account in case of abusive or non-compliant use.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the PipeBoost service, its name, logos, and content are reserved to pipeboost.app and exo-corp.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by law.
